I agree that MXI, its employees and agents may retain and process the personal information given by me to MXI for purposes including the maintenance of its network organisation. MXI may record this information manually and or electronically and will be the data controller for this information. MXI may disclose and transfer such personal information to other members of the MXI group of companies which are situated inside and outside of the EEA and to other persons for the purposes of MXI’s business including other MXI Associates.
